What is the best thing that I love about my work?
I love to be able to transmit my deepest feelings through my instrument. Whether that is for myself, or for an audience, with my own repertoire or compositions made by someone else, the feeling is incredible.

What is my idea of perfect happiness?
To know that every minute of every day you enjoy being who, where and what you are.
What is my greatest fear?
That the world will lose appreciation for culture.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?
My chaotic brain. I love and hate it at the same time.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire?

What is my greatest extravagance?
 Not sure about this one. Is extravagance something to possess?

On what occasion would I lie?
Almost never. I lied a lot when I was a child and teenager.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?
The fact that the government of our country does not appreciate culture.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work?
Some pinnacles in my musical career: Touring in China and playing in the beautiful Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.
I’m happy most of the time, being able to follow your passion is a blessing.
If I could, what would I change about myself?
I’m very happy with myself. Although if I were to complain, it would be about my receding hairline. I would love a big bush of curls! Haha!
What do the words ‘The Financial Freedom to Create’ mean to me?
Earning enough to not worry about standard expenses in life. A peaceful mind is the only thing I need to create (compose).
Where would I most like to live?
Anywhere together with my girlfriend and guitar.
What is my most treasured possession?
My two classical guitars: 2011 Paulino Bernabe and 1971 Dieter Hense
What is my most marked characteristic?
Positivity
What is my most inspirational location, in my city?
Places with nature, the park or a nature reserve.
What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city?
Rotterdam: Fenixloods

What books influenced my life and how?
The mystery of the Yellow Room – Gaston Laroux (writer of phantom of the opera).
This book illustrates the pure genius of a master detective and shows the reader the many perspectives of going about a problem.

Sophie’s World
A book about philosophy, a subject that should be mandatory for all children and adults!

My guitar trio! The Rotterdam Guitar trio with Juliano Abramovay and Theo de Blasis!

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me?
If I can, I will play guitar untill the day I die. It’s the thing that I do best and love the most.
