What is the best thing that I love about my work? I love the possibility to create and invent anything. My work isn’t about drawing, it’s about how do you see the world that surrounds you and interpret it.
What is my idea of perfect happiness? The happiness to me it’s to do what i love to do with the people I care most.
What is my greatest fear? My only greatest fear is to have regrets.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? Usually I have the bad practice to over rationalize everything.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? There’s not only one person, I admire everyone that have the willpower to doing what they decide. If I have to be more specific I choose Ralph McQuarrie.
What is my greatest extravagance? I talk a lot, of everything, and when I’m saying a lot I mean A LOT!
On what occasion would I lie? I’m not very good to lie, but if I have to I probably do it for someone else, only if it’s a person I care a lot and only if he or she is in trouble.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? Every work has some bad and good thigs, the one I hate most is someone asking me to do something useless.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? Sincerely? I don’t really know, every work it’s a world by it self. In each work I talk to a lot of people, discuss a lot of things, I have only one philosophy “every work, even the baddest, have something good, the difficulity is you have to find it!”
If I could, what would I change about myself? Sometimes I think too much, so if I have to change something I would probably choose that\
What do the words ‘The Financial Freedom to Create’ mean to me? I think anything that can help someone to do what he loves and live with it is essential for a civil society
Where would I most like to live? I don’t have any preference, I’m a person who get used to it easily, if I’m doing what I love and I’m with someone that I love I’m in the right place.
What is my most treasured possession? My friends and my family.
What is my most marked characteristic? The willfullness.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? As I said before, I don’t pay a lot of attention of where I’m living, every inspiration i take comes from books, music, film. If I have to choose one place the first one which comes to mind is the seaside
What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city?Every place where the service is good and they play some jazz.
What books influenced my life and how?I think it’s “Heart of Darkness”, the reasons are several, the first one is the book that allowed me to discover the pleasure of reading, the second one is that reading it I understood that everybody search something and we have to keep searching until the end.
Who are my favorite writers? I love Joseph Conrad, H.P. Lovecraft, there are only two because I have to read a lot again, so my list could change!
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? It’s a tough question, I love classic music as I love rock as I love pop and so on, I’ll probably choose “Heroes” by David Bowie only for the lyrics.
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Probably Han Solo.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? Charles Darwin.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? Paths of glory.
What role plays art in my life and work? Art it’s my life, I studied design at the university and there I understood the importance of art and the research of beauty.
