What is the best thing that I love about my work? The best thing is probably the absence of rules – and the absolute freedom that comes with it.
What is my idea of happiness? Happiness is when I already look forward to tomorrow today
What is my greatest fear? … I don’t know if fear is the right word – but routine scares me the most, that’s what I can least handle, that’s what I always try to avoid … monotonous work and projects, uninspiring conversations and predictability.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? I am sometimes very impatient – unfortunately also in dealing with people …I think and understand very quickly – if you don’t do that, it stresses me out ….
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? Uh – I can’t say that at all. I admire works, projects and ideas – who creates them is more in the background for me …

What is my greatest extravagance? I am quite resolute in what or whom I perceive or give my attention to … if something is not exciting or inspiring enough I don’t perceive it at all … my fellow human beings often find this, and thus me, difficult.
On what occasion would I lie? Oh, I sometimes lie quite often and with pleasure. When reality or the truth is simply too boring – I embellish, distort, add to or suppress … then I tell you a story …
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? The finite nature of money and time – and the accompanying exaggeration of these factors … but this probably doesn’t just apply to my work – the finite nature of money and time probably annoys everyone at some point …
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? Happiest – I don’t know … I’m always happy when the muse kisses me, when I sink into my work and play, dissolve completely – these flow moments … that’s wonderful.
If I could, what would I change about myself? Actually, everything fits – sometimes I wish I could turn down my sensitivity and empathy a bit … but maybe I’ll learn to do that when I grow up …
What is my greatest achievement in work? I consider it a success when I really reach others through my art, really touch them … something like that is priceless and unbelievably beautiful.
Where would I most like to live? On a small sailboat off the west coast of Africa …
What is my most treasured possession? My most treasured possession … perhaps most likely my heart and my mind
What is my most marked characteristic? I think very quickly and I think 360 degrees … always!
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? I don’t have “my city” – but I don’t mind – my most inspiring place is “inside me”.

What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city? … so my favourite city is Berlin … and my favourite place to eat there is my Lebanese brother-in-law’s – I’ve never eaten better anywhere else … OMG!
What books influenced my life and how? … every book that I have “really” read and “finished” has influenced my thinking and my actions … and there are so many … I love authors like Rilke, Brecht, Nitzsche, Bukowski, Dostoyevsky, Benn and many more.
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? … that probably changes depending on age and state of mind … maybe some Nocturnes by Chopin!?
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Uh, difficult … Aloysius Xingu Leng Pendergast is really cool or the Hulk …
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? There are so many too … almost all of us have heroic moments & and it’s nice to be there every time …. At the top of this list is my sister in any case
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? “Léolo” – a French-Canadian film by Jean-Claude Lauzon. A film like a poem – no other has ever moved me so much again, engaged me so much …
What role play stories in my life and work? Stories are everything. Everything is made of stories. Someday you and I will also be just a story …
What do the words ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ to me? … I develop the rules, I set the goal and then I play …
