Why should I attend?
Many people struggle with confidence in their personal and professional lives. We may lack confidence in sharing our ideas, making new connections or asking for what we want.
There is a common misconception around confidence being an in-born personality trait – as people, we are either confident or not. On the contrary, we strongly believe that confidence is a skill that can be practised and learned. This virtual conversation is for anyone who wants to build confidence in some area of life.
What will I learn?
What is Your Story about Confidence teaches:
- How to overcome Impostor Syndrome
- How to understand and overcome shyness
- How to conduct personal and private negotiations with confidence and poise
- To have courage and confidence in our own agency – that is, the ability to make important changes in our lives
The format of this conversation is highly interactive and involves a combination of teaching, and reflection.
