What is the best thing that I love about my work? I love to work everywhere, it’s all about freedom to work where I want and partially when. Some places are best that others to make specific things like to be creative, to write, to make operations. Freedom is a great value that motivate me.
What is my idea of perfect happiness? The best possibile happiness is when I feel myself energised and focused on time from now to a long term future. When I feel positive and full of opportunities in the future I experience happiness. Basically happiness is when I’m not stressed and too relaxed, work and life is handled good. Finally to have a purpose is fundamental.
What is my greatest fear? To not have enough time to achieve my objectives and not to be relevant to the world.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? Sometimes my thoughts are unclear and I’m inscrutable.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? Jacob Morgan, Henry Stewart, Mark Williamson, Nic Marks.
What is my greatest extravagance? I love to play videogame and I can stay hours and hours to play and eat junk food.
On what occasion would I lie?  If I lie means the end of the world is near so there’s a good reason to do it.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? As a digital nomad my first thought is to find a wifi. I would prefer not to care about it.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? When I taught meditation in a place of power. Definitely nature is my environment.
If I could, what would I change about myself? I would start to work for myself much earlier.
What is my greatest achievement in work? To have found my real work-life balance.
What do the words ‘The Financial Freedom to Create’ mean to me? Money and time are completely independent so I can pay my bill and have enough time to be creative on my projects.
Where would I most like to live? In Costa Rica where “pura vida” is a lifestyle.
What is my most treasured possession? A stamp collection of Italian Republic, Kingdom of Italy and San Marino. It was a gift of my beloved uncle.
What is my most marked characteristic? I can use my logical side and spiritual side together or separately.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city?  The Navigli, a beautiful system of navigable and interconnected canals in Milan.
What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? Ajo Blanco, a corner of Spain in Milan with a lot of taps and sangria.
What books influenced my life and how?
“Autobiography of a Yogi” by Paramhansa Yogananda encouraged me to find my way.
“Man and his symbol” by Carl Jung encouraged me to study psychology and human behaviours.
“Doors of perception” by Aldous Huxley changed my point of view about perceptions.
Who are my favorite writers? Aldous Huxley, Jack Kerouac and Italo Calvino.
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? Arvo Pärt and The Beatles.
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Plastic man.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? Leonardo da Vinci, Nikola Tesla.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? It’s not a movie but a TV show, Breaking Bad. As a movie Inception.
What role plays art in my life and work? Art is a reserve of energy and inspiration. Just watching or playing I feel better.
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? Definitely my girlfriend.
Whom would I like to work with in 2017? With people that put happiness before work.
Which people in my profession would i love to meet in 2017? Dalai Lama for happiness at work and Jacob Morgan for the future of work.
What project, in 2017, am I looking forward to work on? Actually I would like to work on some projects about happiness like those of Gross Corporate Happiness Institute in Bhutan.
