What is the best thing that I love about my work? To Have the opportunity to share the body, energy, empathy, with people.I love helping people to express and increase their potential, watching their improvements in performances, skills and abilities as I watched a flower blooming.
What is my idea of perfect happiness? To observe life, breath, health, meet is happyness. Go to sleep knowing you have learned something new, always have a vivid sense of discovering this is happyness.
What is my greatest fear? The darkness I see in many people, the violence hidden behind cheerfulness, and the illness.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? I do not deplore anything I improve in moderating some aspects of my personality such as my impetuosity.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? I admire many masters I met in my life: Dario Boschiero, head of Biotekna for his innovations and his revolutionary approach to the body – Antonio Saccinto Personal Trainer for his rare professional skills – Andrea Favaretto pnl head coach of the Unconventional Coaching School – Fabio Fogato Head of the “Somatos Winery” a great trainer … and many of the coaches who work with me with passion and professionalism every day.
What is my greatest extravagance? Often walking barefoot and provoking people, I love to see their reactions when they feel themselves at the corner of the ring.
On what occasion would I lie? In my life I often lie like everyone, scientific studies say that people lie from 10 to 200 time in a day. On the contrary in my work I never lie, I defend and follow the truth at any cost and all risks.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? I dislike people who improved, who tells lies even to sell an integrator, or who sell false illusions to earn more money. The ones that tell people if you eat like that and you train so you become like me.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? Everyday when I walk into my gym and in my medical centre and the magic, the flow, starts.
If I could, what would I change about myself? Honestly I wouldn’t change anything about myself. I do the work I love everyday.
What is my greatest achievement in work? It’s working with olympic athletes, such as Maximilian Benassi National team canoa. Marianna Tedeschi – italian team of Kayak. Luca Lalli – world champion on sailing on melges 32; And when my clients find themselves in wellness.
What books influenced my life and how? Many books influenced my life, so many Greek philosophers, Epicurus, Aristotle, Plato.I love Herman Hesse, and so much poetry and all physiology, biomechanics, training, scientific research books.. I would spend my days learning and reading.
Who are my favorite writers? The ones listed above, there are no books only writers for me.
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? Eagles – Hotel California, no doubt.
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? I have no heroes, But I like Batman, because he is the only superhero without superpowers.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? I have no heroes, I admire many men and women.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? Hard question, I love movies and my list would be very long. The last movie that hit me is Ex Machina.
