What is the best thing that I love about my work? To work in the field of innovation means to work on the edge, at the boundary, and the boundary has always been a place of ferment and possibility of choice.
What is my idea of perfect happiness? Happiness is a direction, not a destination. The right direction is dedicating every day to the things that complete us, represent us, and make us better.
What is my greatest fear? Not being good at communication with the ones I care the most.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? Sometimes I dive too deep and try to fix things which would be better left alone

What is my greatest extravagance? On my body, I carry the signs of the past ones
On what occasion would I lie? There are half-truths, which are well-meant, that can be considered half-lies as well.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? Time management. The speed at which we act sometimes don’t leave space for a sound moment of consideration.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? Each time I thought to start a new project, and realized I was doing it.
If I could, what would I change about myself? My English accent. Just joking, I’m a bit touchy and I get angry easily.
What is my greatest achievement in work? The desire to build every day to make things better and make myself better. The self-consciousness of this mindset is my greatest achievement to date.
What do the words ‘The Financial Freedom to Create’ mean to me? Being happy with your existing lifestyle, having found a meaningful work-life balance and enjoying your job and finding purpose in the daily routine.

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? I think The Joker by Christopher Nolan is one of the most successful characters of the last years. I don’t think I can say he’s my hero, but, in his complexity, he’s a deeply truthful character, one that drives your thoughts towards the essence of things. Here, that’s how imagine my hero, less “superhero” and more man, with no fear to face the truth and life’s contradictions.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? Any people who work hard to change the world starting to make themselves better.
