What is the best thing that I love about my work? I am passionate about my work because it allows me to craft compelling narratives and convey messages that contribute to social change.

What is my idea of happiness? My idea of happiness is to be healthy and creative for many, many years.

What is my greatest fear? While I wouldn’t say I have a single greatest fear, I do find myself grappling with the rapid passage of time. Occasionally, the challenge arises from the perception that achieving all my aspirations can be daunting given the constraints of time.

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? I have a natural inclination towards learning and exploring new things. However, I often find it challenging to maintain focus on a single task due to my constant desire for varied knowledge and experiences.

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? I really admire the work of artists, documentary makers, and filmmakers. To succeed in these fields, it seems like you need a real love for what you do.

What is my greatest extravagance? I don’t have a greatest extravagance.

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? I love what I do. That doesn’t mean is perfect but are more positives than negatives.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work? I’ve been documenting stories of migrants and refugees for about 5 years. Every time is a discovery. This make me happy because I’ve been learning a lot about different cultures arriving in Australia.

If I could, what would I change about myself? I’m happy with who I am. If I change something I wouldn’t be me.

What is my greatest achievement in work? It’s tough to say what my biggest accomplishment is, but one thing that really made me proud was sharing my stories about domestic violence and racial issues to help make Queensland’s hate crime laws stronger.

Where would I most like to live? I live in Queensland, Australia and I love this place.

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My true heroes are individuals who embody goodness—those who are genuinely concerned about creating a better society and a healthier planet.

What project am I looking forward to work on? I’m working on a documentary about the Australian Blind Soccer team and their journey to 2024 Paralympics Games.
