What books influenced my life and how?

The complete work of Lovecraft and the stories of Edgar Allan Poe, for their imaginary and the sense of fear of the unknown and the unknowable, recurrent topics in the construction of the psychology of my characters. “The Theater of Silence: the art of Edward Hopper” taught me to suspend time and to tell the human being through the settings. “The Cinema according to Hitchcock”, an essay through which I was able to deepen the knowledge of my favorite director, made me better understand his narrative dynamics.

L’opera completa di Lovecraft e i racconti di Edgar Allan Poe, per il loro immaginario e per il senso della paura dell’ignoto e dell’inconoscibile, argomenti ricorrenti nella costruzione della psicologia dei miei personaggi. il Teatro del Silenzio: l’arte di Edward Hopper mi ha insegnato a sospendere il tempo e a raccontare l’essere umano attraverso le ambientazioni.
