What is the best thing that I love about my work?
I work with startups, the best thing about my work is that you never get bored because everyday you face new issues to deal with. The adrenaline that this “world” gives you keeps me constantly excited.

What is my idea of happiness?
To make something useful for people that can help them to solve a problem.

What is my greatest fear?
To fail because of someone else. When you fail for your own fault, you have the chance learn on your mistakes, on the contrary, you see the failure as a “double loss”.

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?
Sometimes I tend to react impulsively and this behavior generates mistakes most of the times.

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire?
My father is a living example of good entrepreneur, many things I know I have learned from him.

What is my greatest extravagance?
I sincerely do not have a specific extravagance, actually I have got many… For example sometimes it happens that, when I have a problem at work that I cannot solve during the day, I wake-up in the middle of the night with the solution in my mind and start working on it.

On what occasion would I lie?
I do not usually lie, at most I tell “white lies” those things told to avoid hurting someone’s feelings, which are simply “based on a true story”.

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?
I founded ÀLEA, a sustainable fashion brand and I know what real sustainability means. Today the majority of brands talks about sustainability but “green washing” is increasing respectively. I personally dislike it when I see brands cheating on such a delicate topic.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work?
When me and my team figured it out how to create a fashion brand that was 100% Made in Italy, sustainable and at an affordable price. In that occasion I was the happiest.

If I could, what would I change about myself?
I would like to be a more flexible person, but I am working on it.

What is my greatest achievement in work?
Me and my partners won a competition, organized by Apulia Region in Italy and, thanks to the prize we received, had the chance to launch the brand ÀLEA.

Where would I most like to live?
I would like to live anywhere by the sea without crowded places around.

What is my most treasured possession?
It is a Rolex and it represents a treasure for me not for its value (actually it is one of the less expensive on the market), but because it is my grandma’s gift.

The seafront, it helps me in reasoning

Home, there’s no place like home when you are good at cooking
