This intensive, practical storytelling training helps you become a more relaxed, convincing and engaging presenter. You will explore what happens when you stand in front of a group, understand the tension that holds you back and learn how to transform your experience into a story people can follow, remember and act on.

You will not simply learn presentation techniques. You will discover how your posture, voice, pace, presence and personal story work together. Through focused practice and constructive feedback, you will develop the confidence to take risks, try new approaches and present with greater authenticity.

Programme

Arrival and opening

We begin by exploring the first impression you make—and the story your presence tells before you say a word.

Self-exploration

What happens to you when you present? What are you afraid might happen? Which beliefs, habits or inner convictions limit your confidence?

Presence and non-verbal communication

You will work with posture, voice, pace, movement and other non-verbal signals. You will learn how to make your delivery more congruent, natural and authentic.

Break

Your story in practice

You will deliver a short personal presentation and explore how to make your message clearer, more engaging and more memorable.

Feedback and refinement

You will practise your presentation again and receive focused feedback from the trainers and other participants. You will leave with practical improvements you can apply immediately.

Closing reflection

We conclude by identifying the insights, techniques and next steps you want to take back into your work.
