What is the best thing that I love about my work ?

The thing that I love about my job is giving voice, creating for people and meeting them afterwards.

What is my idea of happiness ?

My idea of happiness is to have my family and friends in good health, that they fulfill their dreams and that the world lives in peace.

What is my greatest fear ?

I’m not afraid of much. The only thing that it would scare me is leaving early.

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself ?

I am stubborn and extremely patient.

Which living persons in my profession do I most admire ?

This is a difficult question because I could quote a lot of people. I am an author, a journalist and, for a time, an actor. So I would name three, one for each profession : Viktoria Laurent-Škrabalová, Alexis Desseaux and Jean-Pierre Pernaut.

What is my greatest extravagance ? On what occasion would I lie ?

I am not an extravagant person. I like simplicity. I don’t like lying. The truth always

comes to light.

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work ?

I dislike dealing with pretentious, narcissistic, lying people who think they are stars.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work ?

My job is my passion. I am therefore happy every day when I’m on stage (before the health crisis), in the studio on Media Vrai during a live, creating a story at my desk and in literary salons.

If I could, what would I change about myself ?

My ability to learn several languages. I dream of being a polyglot.

What is my greatest achievement in work ?

My greatest success at work is, for a commission, to have written, directed and performed my multidisciplinary piece Mémoires de Moulin, an original in-situ creation mixing theater, contemporary music, jazz, song and classical music, conference and inauguration of an artwork, in front of the Polish ambassador and a full room. The public greeted it with a standing ovation.

Where would I most like to live ?

I would like to live in Burgundy, Franche-Comté and in the country that is dear to me, Slovakia.

What is my most treasured possession ?

It is to be alive.

What is my most marked characteristic ?

It is my ability to recognize talents before others. I never stop at the physiognomy.

What is my most inspirational location, in my city ?

The place that inspires me the most is in the woods. My city is surrounded by woods.

What books influenced my life and how ?

There is one : Quatrevingt-treize by Victor Hugo. It is an inspiring book for today’s society.

You only die once. What music would I listen on my last day ?

I would listen to music that I love like the french artists (Renaud Leymans, Diane Dassigny, Pauline Chagne, Chiara Foschiani…), german pop (Sotiria, Oonagh, Helene Fischer…), slovak artists (Morena Band, S Hudbou Vesmirnou, Kristina…), traditional slovak music, but also Tchaïkovsky, Balakirev and hard rock. This is my whole story.

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction ?

Jean Valjean and Erin Brockovich.

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life ?

My friends Patrick Chevallier, my spiritual father, Aurélie Bresson, a combative woman capable of making society evolve like no man has ever done before, and Ekaterina Igorevna for his fight to rehabilitate embroidery as a major art… and my wife.

Which movie would I recommend to see once in a lifetime ?

Erin Brockovich directed by Steven Soderbergh

Dad and creator.

What do the words ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ to me ?

Life is an only story. Nobody has the same. You build your story at each moment.

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime ?

I don’t know my greatest fan. He or she can change each day. My sponsor is my friends and my partner too.

I have several projects in 2022, and I’m looking forward to work on all of them.
